About LaDiva®

Benefits

Alternative to pre-emergence herbicide:
  • Wait for your crop to establish.
  • Adds a new level of flexibility to oilseed rape weed control programmes.
  • Can be used early post-emergence, from August 15th, once the crop has established.

Robust weed control:
  • Controls larger and a wider range of broad-leaved weeds than many pre-emergence options.
  • Offers effective control of emerged mayweed, chickweed and field pansy.
  • Robust control of many key competitive weed species including cleavers, cranesbill, poppy, fumitory and shepherd's purse.

Wide application window:
  • Wide window of application to suit workloads and autumnal weather conditions.
  • Can be applied at 0.25 l/ha from 15th August, when 90% of the crop is at 2 true leaves (GS12), up to before 9 true leaves (GS19) or 31st December.

Favourable following crop options:
  • Wheat, barley, oats, maize, or winter oilseed rape can be planted after 4 months (120 days).
  • All other crops can be planted 1 year after application.
  • Ploughing or thorough cultivation is recommended before planting peas and beans.

Best Use Advice

Apply between 15th August to 30th September, when 90% of the crop is 2 true leaves (GS12) up to before nine true leaves (GS19) at 0.25 l/ha, to remove early flushes of broad-leaved weeds that can compete against the winter oilseed rape in the early establishment phase.
