Unique fibre technology
The proprietary strain of Lactobacillus buchneri in 11CFT produces esterase enzymes break fibre polysaccharides away from the lignin structure, enhancing 48-hour NDF digestibility (NDFD) by around 4%.
Decoupling fibre from the lignin increases fibre digestion rates by rumen bacteria. Lignin is not degraded, therefore lignin in the silage remains essentially the same as in untreated maize.

11CFT is a patented inoculant for maize silage with unique fibre technology which reduces dry matter losses by rapidly lowering pH.
