Pioneer® brand 11C33 Rapid React

Pioneer brand 11C33 Rapid React® contains a fast-acting, heterofermentative bacterial strain LN4637 (Lactobacillus buchneri) which converts lactic acid into acetic acid and propandiol.
11C33 is an all round ensiling agent which is designed to:
• Increase ensiling efficiency
• Improve the aerobic stability of silage from as soon as 7 days after ensiling
• Enhance dry matter recovery and preservation whilst minimizing dry matter losses in maize silage
How Pioneer 11C33 Rapid React works:
• The silage additive is based on a combination of homo and heterofermentative lactic acid bacteria which are extremely active
• Very soon after sealing, the homofermentative lactic acid producing bacteria in 11C33 are able to lower the pH and minimise dry matter losses incurred during fermentation.
