Poquet™

Fungicide

Poquet™ is the brand new solution for both flexible and resilient cereal disease control.

Poquet is a unique fungicide for the management of Septoria tritici blotch, the brown and yellow rust that develops in wheat, durum wheat, spelt, rye and triticale.

This broad-spectrum fungicide contains Fenpicoxamid, a formulation most commonly known as Inatreq™ active.

Inatreq active provides a new and unique curative and persistent protection against all strains of Septoria. Corteva’s patented i-Q4™ technology provides near 100% leaf coverage and a flexible application, delivering robust defence to ensure your yield and your farm’s future are secure.

Attributes of Inatreq active:

  • A new site of action to control broad spectrum diseases in cereal crops.

  • Offers a resilient control of Septoria, including isolates that are resistant to other sites of action.

  • A fantastic broad-spectrum product that offers protection against yellow and brown rust.

  • Patented i-Q4 technology brings flexibility to applications by helping compensate for the spray settings such as the use of low drift nozzles.

About Poquet

Best Use Advice

  • Poquet can be used on all commercial varieties of wheat, durum wheat, spelt wheat, rye, and triticale.

  • Ideally apply at T2 to see maximum yield results, but Poquet could alternatively be applied at T1 where necessary.

  • Poquet will offer the best results before the disease has established in the crop, but still offers outstanding control of Septoria, yellow and brown rust both with persistent protectant and curative activity.

  • Poquet offers broad spectrum, unrivalled disease control which leads to longer green leaf retention and improved overall yield.

  • Rainfastness is 1 hour for Poquet, this is mainly down to the patented iQ-4 technology.

  • The unique iQ-4 formulation empowers Poquet and improves spray retention, spread, penetration and uptake. The use of low drift nozzles does not negatively affect the performance of Poquet.

  • Poquet must always be used in mixture with a product with a different mode of action at a dose that offers robust control.

  • Before applying Poquet we recommend visiting our Inatreq Sprayer Advice webpage for our best practice application advice and sprayer parts guidance. Click here for further information.

Resistance Management

Poquet™ must always be used in mixture with a product with a different mode of action at a dose that offers resilient control.

Do not apply more than one application of any product containing Inatreq (fenpicoxamid) to any cereal crop in the same year.

Poquet should be used in accordance with the instructions for use for the target disease at the specific growth rate indicated.
