Apaveq™

Fungicide

The new and unique solution for flexible and robust cereal disease control.

Apaveq is a new fungicide for the control of Septoria tritici, brown rust and yellow rust in wheat, durum wheat, rye, triticale, and spelt.

Apaveq is broad-spectrum fungicide containing Fenpicoxamid, more commonly known as Inatreq active.

Inatreq active offers a new and unique site of action for curative and persistent protection against all Septoria strains. Using Corteva’s patented i-Q4 technology, it provides near 100% leaf coverage and is highly flexible in application, delivering robust protection so you can secure your yield and the future of your farm.

Characteristics of Inatreq active:
A new site of action for broad spectrum disease control in cereals.

It offers robust control of Septoria, including isolates resistant to other sites of action.

It is an excellent broad-spectrum product as it also offers control of yellow and brown rust.

Patented i-Q4 technology brings flexibility to applications by helping compensate for the spray settings such as the use of low drift nozzles.

About Apaveq

Best Use Advice

  • Apaveq may be used on all commercial varieties of wheat, durum wheat, rye, triticale and spelt wheat.
  • Ideally apply at T2 to see maximum yield benefits, but Apaveq could alternatively be applied at T1 if preferred.
  • Apaveq will give the best results before the disease has become established in the crop, but offers outstanding control of Septoria, yellow rust and brown rust both with persistent protectant and curative activity.
  • Apaveq offers broad spectrum, superior disease control which leads to longer green leaf retention and improved yield.
  • Rainfastness is 1 hour for Apaveq, this is mainly down to the patented i-Q4 technology.
  • The unique i-Q4 formulation empowers Apaveq and improves spray retention, spread, penetration and uptake. The use of low drift nozzles does not negatively affect the performance of Apaveq.
  • Apaveq must always be used in mixture with a product with a different mode of action at a dose that offers robust control.

Resistance Management

Apaveq™  must always be used in mixture with a product with a different mode of action at a dose that offers robust control.

Do not apply more than one application of any product containing Inatreq (fenpicoxamid) to any cereal crop in the same year.

Apaveq should be used in accordance with the instructions for use for the target disease at the specific growth rate indicated.
